The whistleblowing function provides employees, partners, and other stakeholders with the opportunity to report suspicions of misconduct or illegal activities that conflict with our values or the law. This may include financial crime, corruption, bribery, theft, or environmental crimes. It can also concern threats, violence, serious forms of harassment, or safety risks involving life and health.
When you register a report, it is handled with strict confidentiality by our HR Manager. You will receive a confirmation that it has been received, after which an investigation will be initiated. If wrongdoing is identified, we take the necessary actions to ensure that similar incidents do not recur.
Anyone submitting a report in good faith regarding irregularities will not risk any form of retaliation or reprisal.
